About the Role
We’re looking for a CIS-based Account Executive who blends commercial acumen with technical curiosity — someone who doesn’t just sell the promise of data platforms but brings real ideas and use cases to the table. You’ll be expected to operate as a half-salesperson, half-consultant, helping customers understand how to use Microsoft Fabric and related tools to solve business problems and unlock value.
This is a hands-on, consultative role that involves shaping solutions, securing Microsoft funding, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships with both clients and internal delivery teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading full-cycle sales processes: from prospecting and qualification to proposal and close
- Owning and expanding key accounts in the CIS region (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Uzbekistan), with a strong focus on mid-sized and enterprise customers
- Bringing concrete ideas and solution scenarios to client discussions — no buzzword bingo
- Collaborating with technical teams to prepare PoC proposals, estimate engagements, and align on project scope
- Guiding customers through Microsoft-funded programs (workshops, PoCs, deployments)
- Maintaining accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and supporting forecasting and reporting
- Representing Cloud Services at events, briefings, and co-selling activities with Microsoft
You Should Apply If
- You’re fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian and experienced in selling to CIS-region clients
- You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cloud, analytics, or IT services
- You understand how data platforms work — and how they help businesses run better
- You act like a trusted advisor, not a product pusher
- You’re comfortable navigating technical discussions and mapping them to business outcomes
- You’re structured, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, consultative environment
- CRM isn’t a chore — it’s your compass
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, or other Microsoft cloud solutions
- Experience with Microsoft CSP programs, incentive funding, or co-selling
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., finance, retail, telecom, manufacturing)
- Prior collaboration with Microsoft sales teams or partner channels
