Cloud Services in Paris: Investing in People, Leading with Expertise

At Cloud Services, we have built our reputation on two pillars: deep expertise and the people who bring it to life. September reminded us why both matters so much, when our team travelled to Paris for an exclusive L400 training led by Microsoft’s RTI CAT Team.

As a Fabric Featured Partner, we were invited into a small circle of companies exploring the most advanced capabilities of Microsoft Fabric. For our team, it meant moving beyond online courses and documentation and learning directly from the people defining the platform’s future. Seeing experts like Devang Shah, Edgar Cotte and Luoana Maria Becher up close was an almost surreal moment for some of our colleagues, who had previously only learned from them on YouTube. The training, however, offered insights that simply can’t be captured in slides or videos.

The spotlight of this training was Real-Time Intelligence (RTI) – one of Fabric’s fastest-evolving workloads. Our experts discovered how new mirroring capabilities are simplifying data synchronization, how expanded event processing makes it easier to handle high-velocity data streams, and how Data Activator integrated with Eventhouse enables real-time triggers and automated actions. These aren’t just technical features; they are the building blocks for scenarios like fraud detection, instant operational dashboards, and AI-driven decisioning that reacts the very moment events occur.

For our team, it meant two things:

• On one side, they came back with practical knowledge and best practices to apply immediately in projects.
• On the other, they returned with renewed inspiration – proof that investing in their growth translates directly into value for our customers.

Mirza, one of our Data Analysts, called it “mind-blowing to meet the people behind the product and realize how extremely curious and productive they are.” Taulant emphasized the importance of Cloud Services sending people to events like this to stay at the cutting edge and explore experiences across companies. And Yevhen, our BI Technical Lead, was especially excited by the vision for RTI’s roadmap – insights that go far beyond documentation and will guide how he shapes future implementations.

Beyond the technical sessions, Paris also gave our team time to connect. They debated use cases, brainstormed applications for customers, and strengthened the personal bonds that make collaboration more effective. Because for us, team growth isn’t just about expertise, it’s also about culture.
