We are seeking a skilled Middle Project Manager with a proven track record in IT and digital solution delivery. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful outcomes—on time and within budget.
We’re not looking for a passive coordinator or a process statistician. We need a proactive leader who understands that project management is about driving real results. You’ll be responsible for navigating challenges, aligning teams, and ensuring the tangible implementation of initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (delivery, migration, integration, or management)
- Strong documentation skills (requirements, plans, presentations)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
- Expertise in risk analysis, process optimization, and conflict resolution
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of multitasking
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product-based IT companies or digital agencies
- Relevant certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, IPMA)
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Basic technical understanding (SDLC, CI/CD, programming fundamentals)
Key Responsibilities
